~Leveler rolls~

Master Roll has experience manufacturing rolls for a variety of machine manufacturers. All fabricating, machining, and grinding is done here in our facility. The majority of the rolls we manufacture are made with high alloy steel such as 1045, 4142, and 52100 although we have the expertise to work with other materials including stainless steel, brass, aluminum, and copper.
*We also repair and recondition bearings, rolls, and journals regardless of manufacturer.
~Arbors~
Industrial arbors hold tools in place which are typically used to buff, grind, slit, polish or are used in the roll form industry.
~Knurled Rolls~
Rolls machined for grip, whether it be hand grip or cohesion grip (for insertion into another part)
~Tubular Rolls~
Hollow or partially hollow rolls.
~Mandrels~
Mandrels are basically hollow steel tubes, ground to size and finish specifications, with a multitude of functional uses.
~Bearings~
We offer new back up bearings and bearing assemblies, both crowned and flat, ranging in size from 2.5" to 12". Our assemblies are pre-greased, sealed, and ready for installation. Upon request, we can treat and package them for long-term storage.
~Rods, Shafts & Rollers~
Precision rods, shafts, and conveyor rollers can be produced on a one time basis or to meet your manufacturing and production schedule requirements.
