2011 - Off To A Roaring Start At Master Roll

Historically the month of December shows sales tapering off as many of our customers set aside time at the years' end to perform non-production work such as scheduled equipment maintenance and inventory. Typically, in the beginning of the year we begin to ramp back up and by the end of the first quarter we are experiencing a steady stream of work.
This year, we were pleasantly surprised with a swift, steep ramp up. Six weeks into the year and we are already running full force with RFQ's and orders still rolling in!
Is this an indication that the economic flood gates are beginning to open? We sure hope so.

Master
Roll Mfg's is pleased to announce the launch of our custom machining
department which will supply repair and replacement parts for various
machining industry equipment such as centerless grinders. We are in the
final stages of launch and will have more information available SOON!

The
economic downturn in recent years has given us all opportunity to
contemplate and explore the direction and future of our businesses.
Master Roll has always been dedicated to quality, service, and delivery
and fortunately, this dedication has sustained us through these
difficult economic times. As a matter of fact, we were able to take
advantage of the economic situation and began to plan and deploy
hardware and software system upgrades during the periods of decreased
activity. These upgrades enable us to better serve our current customers
while putting us in a position to grow and expand as the economy begins
to rebound.
Our search for the perfect software led us to Shoptech.
The E2 Shop System they offer is comprehensive manufacturing software
that puts shop floor control at our fingertips. E2 is designed for job
shops and make-to-order manufacturers like Master Roll Mfg’s. It enables
streamlining processes, empowering employees, increasing productivity
and it also allows us to look at real-time activity on each job in the
shop. We are confident that our decision to implement the E2 system in
our shop will give us the edge required to remain competitive in the
marketplace.
