Your Reliable Source for the Manufacture of Leveler Rolls
LEVELER ROLL SERVICES- Master Roll Mfg's manufactures and rebuilds leveler rolls with fabricating, machining and grinding all done in-house. We have experience with materials such as 1045, 4142, and 52100. We can also provide hard chrome finishes to your specifications.

GRINDING- With Maximum diameter of 12" OD and 14 feet length. Our grinders are equipped with Arnold gauges, allowing us to accurately determine the size of the diameter, how straight the part is and how round the diameter is during the grinding operation.

FABRICATING- Supports our roll manufacturing and gives us the ability to keep track of and control the manufacturing of fabricated rolls.

TURNING- A lathe capacity of 162" between centers X 18" over the cross slide and 28" swing over the bed. Our machines are equipped with D.R.O. (digital read out) for accurate length measurements.

MILLING- Supports our shaft manufacturing business. Vertical mills also have D.R.O. (digital read out) to help us accurately move and position the parts.

INSPECTION- Our quality assurance program of testing hardness, surface finishes, RA, and T.I.R. while in-process, we (and YOU) are assured of the best quality part available. Our program also has at least two machinist checking each part before it leaves the plant, with a documented final inspection.
